Making your 1st call

You only have one more step to start calling to Sri Lanka and other countries at the lowest call rate in the web.

If you have completed your sign up process you must have already received a mail with a heading of “YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED”.

Using the detailed provided in that mail log in to your account and makes your first payment if you haven’t done already, you can start with even one dollar.

In that email you will receive three different numbers, please make a note of those.

Down load the X-Lite from the following link.

Once downloaded install it to your computer, when the installation process is completed, right click on X-lite and select SIP account setting.

*Note: Mouse over the thumbnail to get a Full sized image.

When selected the SIP account setting for the User name and Authorization user name insert “1) Your Account “ as stated in the email. And password is 3) Your password from the email, domain is sip.vinota.com then OK and select close.

Then it will show as Discovering Network and then registering, when it show as ready  and show your user name your are ready to make your calls.

When you call out please dial following format,

            00 + Country Code + Number

If you want to call any number within the Vinota Network, simply get the Vinota SIP number and dial with 555 + SIP number, remember SIP to SIP calls are free of charge regardless your destination.
